I’ve been using MAFA for some years recently added a new album and noticed the art was not picked up. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps but this has resulted in no album art, and nothing is refreshed or reloaded.
On the debugging toggle it shows the message on the album art tab..
ACK [2@0] {albumart} Bad relative path
At a loss as why the album art is not loading anymore.
Example Path it’s looking for is:
USB/USB_drive/music/source_flac/A Flock Of Seagulls/A Flock Of Seagulls
It turns out to not being a bug in MPD but still a change that breaks backwards compatibility.
MAFA 3.2.3 (currently in the beta channel) has a workaround in: Settings -> Album art -> "Use full path for album art"
With this workaround, album art for albums and tracks is working with MPD 0.24.11, except that album art for directories in the files view, and for cue sheets, still doesn’t work.
